Health Challenge

144.8 is my weight. Need to be under 130 lbs for my healthy mind, body and soul. I feel better and think better when I am healthier and part of that health is a healthy BMI. For me 130 lbs is what I had fluctuated between 125 and 130 a great part of my life and my body functions so much better at that weight. My breathing is so labored right now so I am hoping it will help take some of the pressure off my lungs the less weight I am carrying. I know 144 is not extremely life threatening I just know I like it when I am healthier so writing it out and keeping the best routine will be wonderful for my health and moms.


 Finding balance. I have a choice to be as healthy as possible. Life quality is the focus and the goal. I think Easter Sunday is the perfect day to renew my life schedule and goals, grateful I was born and keep focused for a healthy rest of my life.
Waking up at 8 am would help get my day started in the right way.
Start with a Plank and a walk for 30 min.

Lunch
Dinner
Making sure I eat at least 2 vegetables at every meal is a habit from childhood that I need to stick to more often than I have been. One fruit at least would be good. A good mix of meats and nuts to balance without over doing meats.
